Maintenance API Documentation

Welcome to the Maintenance API documentation. This API allows you to perform CRUD operations on service tickets. 

A service ticket is a request for maintenance or repair on one of the real estate objects. Examples are a broken window or a non-functional heating system. Administrating the service tickets allows for a structured method of registering and monitoring the ongoing maintenance and repair.

Authentication

To access the API, include your API key in the headers. Refer to our authentication documentation for details on obtaining and using your API key.

Operations

In the maintenance API the following operations are available:

• GET: Retrieve a list or apply filters.

• POST: Add a new entry or apply filters.

• PUT: Update existing details.
