Delete a concept commercial rent contract
Deletes an existing concept commercial lease contract by its externalIdentifier.
A developer calls this endpoint to remove a draft lease that will not be finalized, for example because the prospect did not agree to the terms.
This endpoint can only be used before the concept contract is finalized in the Bloxs application; once finalized, the contract can no longer be deleted through this endpoint.
