Add a contract line for concept commercial rent contracts
This endpoint adds a new contract line to an existing concept commercial lease contract.
A contract line represents an individual term of the agreement, such as rent, furniture or a rent discount, expressed as an amount excluding VAT.
A developer calls this endpoint after the draft contract exists, to build up its theoretical rent line by line before the contract is signed.
