Contracts v1
Although the API folder is currently labeled "Concept SalesContracts V1," the name does not fully capture its scope. The underlying endpoints are not limited to draft sales contracts, they support all contract types and states as reflected in the menu structure.
This API provides support for managing contracts within Bloxs. It enables external systems to create, retrieve, update and delete draft contracts, and to retrieve existing, non-draft contracts. Contracts can be linked to one or more real estate objects and can contain contract lines. Draft contracts additionally support initial costs and supporting documents.
The API distinguishes between contract types, including general, residential lease, commercial lease and supplier contracts, and between draft and non-draft states. Draft contract support is currently available for residential lease and commercial lease contracts. Available operations depend on both the contract type and its status.
